Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a Virtual Private Server is a hard process. You either have to do the job on your own and devote a lot of your precious time to looking after your server, or else you need to deploy a third–party tool whose only job will be to keep an eye on your Virtual Private Server. And this is exactly where our Optional Admin Services offer can help you out. With it, your VPS server will be added to our own custom–built monitoring software system, which will monitor all the basic tasks. And in case of a service trouble, our sysadmins will be warned automatically and they will solve the trouble as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Hosting Plan is not the easiest mission in the world. You will either have to use some other server or your desktop computer, alternatively assign some third–party solution. We offer a far easier alternative with our Optional Admin Services package. We will make a full backup of your VPS once a week, so you never have to be worried about losing valuable information. Plus, we can recover a backup really quickly. All the backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your VPS server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & configure certain software programs on it. And if this may seem like something far too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Optional Admin Services deal, is definitely the ideal solution for your needs. While using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our knowledgeable server admins who will install and configure any software or rectify any problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans. With our KVM VPS Hosting Plans, it’s an optional feature.
